Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and an ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. This role will support our content strategy by creating compelling technical content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies.
• Proficiency in Using AI Tools: Utilize AI tools for content generation, optimization, and performance analysis to enhance productivity and content quality.
• Content Management: Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from the Senior Content writer to continuously improve content quality.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and analyze content performance and audience engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role (internship experience is acceptable).
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
• AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI content tools and ability to leverage them for content creation and optimization.
• Research Skills: Strong research skills and the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other advanced tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.(optional)
• Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
