Our client made a request to design a new product named ProDaddy — an app for men expected to be fathers soon. The app was aimed at assisting new fathers through daily/weekly tips, recommendations, financial consultations in terms of savings, etc. The client wanted the design for their mobile app to be dynamic and uniquely supported through original user onboarding tutorials. In addition, they also wanted smooth navigation to help users find tutorials and tips quickly. We created the ProDaddy app for iPhone devices. The Android app was to be a part of the project’s next phase.
How ProDaddy was to help a Daddy-to-be in Pregnancy?
Pregnancy can be daunting for to-be daddies, especially when it's the first time. To make it stress-free we created ProDaddy. Whether you need updates about your baby's weekly development, countdown, weekly pregnancy tips, financial suggestions, or baby product recommendations, users could find all of these in the app. The app will guide you through the entire process.
The app's focus was on bringing forward the content from a backend content management system, allowing the super admin to change and update it regularly. The project included app development, all connections to backend services, hosting setup, and the ability to track any activity within the app.
To make the user experience as smooth as possible, we developed an interactive onboarding tutorial. It visually described the basic functions of the app and made the first user experience, an unforgettable one. With native iPhone App Development, we integrated Google Ad, push notifications, and analytics to capture user activity. An App Store icon was created based on the brand logo. The application was designed to support only the English language.

Some of the key steps taken while developing this app were as follows:
A complete business assessment document was crafted before starting the development of the app. The business assessment document was helpful in understanding the target audience for this app as well as their needs and requirements. Based on this document, it was found that there was a great potential for apps in this domain, and could become a great success if launched properly.
The wireframes for this app were finalized based on the client’s consent. Various options of wireframes based on different themes were made and one among them was decided as the final one to begin work.
A very enticing front end was developed for this app to ensure a high degree of interactivity. The color theme and other aspects were decided as per the client’s preferences.
The development teams worked in cross coordination to develop this app within the deadline. The complete development cycle was very efficiently executed.
A rigorous testing process was executed to remove all bugs and have improved performance.
The ProdDaddy app was a great success. The client was very happy with the app as it helped the father a lot in routine activities. The app was great support for the new fathers as well as mothers. The client was excited to see the response of ProDaddy and he contacted us to develop more apps.
