Our mission was to design the ultimate on-demand taxi booking platform—Hi-Cabs. Dynamic Content Management: The primary challenge was crafting a responsive backend content management system (CMS) capable of allowing super administrators to update content and app features dynamically. This has to be responsive to changing market demands and show real-time user feedback.
Integration Complexity: Hi-Cabs required sophisticated integration with various backend services to ensure seamless data flow and robust performance. The complexity of hosting configurations and activity tracking systems was crucial for maintaining optimal app functionality and user satisfaction.
Strategic Solutions Implemented
Enhanced User Onboarding: To ensure users could navigate Hi-Cabs efficiently right from their first interaction, we implemented an interactive onboarding tutorial. This feature was designed using cutting-edge UX/UI principles, significantly reducing the learning curve and boosting user retention.
